RETURNS

Each boutique item is made to order.

All designs will be different due to each item being hand-made; bleached, tie dyed, and sublimated, with no two being the same (that does not fall under a misprint).  

Our return policy lasts 14 days from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item by emailing us at thejunkpeddler@gmail.com.

Returns must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the tag ATTACHED.

If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender, etc., the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee.  No refunds will be issued.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED TO A STORE GIFT CARD WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE

Once your return is received, inspected and is approved, your refund will be processed.  Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.  If you are shipping a package valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Junk Peddler is unable to guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
